Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing various human resource programs, ensuring seamless operations, and delivering maximum value to the organization. Key responsibilities include executing HR processes, researching and administering company benefit plans, maintaining personnel policies, and providing guidance to employees on HR-related matters.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Process Execution: Ensure timely and high-quality execution of all HR operations as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Benefit Plan Administration: Research, implement, and administer company benefit plans, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.
  • Policies and Procedures: Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel policies and procedures, providing guidance and interpretation to employees as needed.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR operations, resolving issues and concerns in a timely manner.
  • HR Systems Development: Design and maintain human resources systems that meet HRMS personnel information needs, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Consultation and Collaboration: Consult with line management on HR-related matters, providing guidance and support as necessary.
  • Vendor Management: Identify and work with external HR vendors as needed, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  • Communication: Manage employee communication on HR-related topics, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout the organization.
  • Reporting: Prepare periodic reports for management, highlighting key HR metrics and trends.

 

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: At least 12-18 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a senior generalist role.
  • Education: A minimum of a Graduate degree in Business Administration or a relevant field, with additional HR training/certification being a plus.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, and a high level of confidentiality.

Compensation: The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
