We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in India. As a key member of our HR function, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance and support to our business leaders in India.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in talent acquisition, HR business partnering, and strategic HR initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and partnering with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies and practices that support strategic growth.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • HR Business Partnering:
    • Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement HR policies and practices that support strategic growth
    • Provide HR expertise in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
  • Strategic HR Initiatives:
    • Drive the delivery of talent processes and programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives
    • Analyze and interpret employee data to guide decision-making and provide proactive solutions
Requirements
  • Estimated salary: ₹35,00,000 - ₹50,00,000 per annum (depending on location)
  • HND/Postgraduate degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, preferably in a technology business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
