We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in India. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the overall HR function, including talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations. You will also work closely with our leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives
  • Leading the recruitment process for senior-level positions
  • Designing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and performance
  • Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
  • Coordinating employee communications and engagement initiatives

About the Job

This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, India. The salary range for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
