We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at our Global Engineering Centre in Bangalore.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to senior management and employees across various departments.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR generalist functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, and benefits administration. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

A competitive salary package, estimated to be around ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum, will be offered to the successful candidate. This includes a comprehensive range of benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic HR advice to senior management on talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the industry.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer extensions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview questions, and evaluation criteria.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the quality and efficiency of the recruitment process.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, resulting in improved job performance and career growth.
  • Conduct regular employee engagement surveys to measure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs to boost morale and motivation.
  • Administer and communicate employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR generalist functions, preferably in a multinational company.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
