Job Description
The After Sales Service Specialist will be responsible for providing support, resolving customer issues, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction post-purchase. This full-time on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves working closely with the team to deliver exceptional service to customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To excel in this role, candidates should possess excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. Experience in after-sales service and customer support is also essential. Additionally, ability to work well in a team and independently, attention to detail, and organizational skills are required. Knowledge of CRM systems and ticketing platforms is highly valued. Fluency in multiple languages is a plus, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is necessary.
Estimated Salary Range: ₹500,000 - ₹800,000 per annum
