Customer Success Specialist

At Artos Software, we're on a mission to solve problems for e-commerce merchants with simple but powerful applications & tools. Our team of 10 experienced founders and engineers is looking for a strong candidate to join us as a Technical Support Specialist. You'll work closely with us to help customers succeed with our products, ensure they have the best possible experience and drive product adoption.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Providing exceptional support by communicating with customers over email, live chat & video calls.
- Using your technical expertise to solve problems for customers, and finding solutions on the fly.
- Building strong relationships with our customers and becoming their go-to person. We want them to ask for you.
- Planning, managing and executing customer success initiatives & improving our ranking.
- Devising solutions to any and all problems that arise and finding creative ways to delight customers.
- Working closely with your teammates in Merchant Success & Engineering to make our customers' lives better.
- Leading, or contributing to, initiatives in the company spanning data analysis, product adoption, documentation & more.

We're looking for someone with 2+ years of experience handling technical support in similar environments, 1+ years of experience handling technical support for a Shopify app, and 2+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, JS (or any other programming language), and a quick learner. You should also have excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, or have worked with customers directly in a previous role. If you have a strong desire to see customers succeed, pay attention to detail, are well organized & manage your tasks efficiently, and are good with handling difficult situations & conversations, we'd love to hear from you.
