Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at NextGen Global Services Pvt Ltd. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving network problems. Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems.
- Provide timely and accurate customer feedback.
- Install and configure hardware and software.
- Support the roll-out of new applications.
- Provide procedural documentation.
- Manage multiple cases at one time.
- Test and evaluate new technologies.
- Conduct electrical safety checks on equipment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Cisco is advantageous.
- Prior experience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux/Mac OS.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
