Job Title: Technical Support Specialist
We're seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you'll work closely with our founders and engineers to provide exceptional support to customers, ensuring they have the best possible experience with our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via email, live chat, and video calls.
- Solve complex problems and find creative solutions to delight customers.
- Build strong relationships with customers and become their go-to person.
- Plan, manage, and execute customer success initiatives.
- Work closely with the Merchant Success and Engineering teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in technical support in similar environments.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support for a Shopify app.
- 2+ years of experience in HTML, CSS, JS, or any other programming language.
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- University degree or college diploma.
