Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced International Sales Business Development Lead to join our team at Medhavi Skills University. As a key member of our sales department, you will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new customers, and expanding our presence in the educational sector and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the educational and international markets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, assess customer needs, and tailor solutions to fit clients within the educational sector or global markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product development) to align offerings with market demand.
  • Achieve revenue goals by developing and managing key relationships with educational institutions (schools, colleges, universities) or international clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring long-term client relationships and repeat business.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing with a focus on driving consistent revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or international market expansion, preferably within the educational sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of international trade laws, export regulations, and market-specific requirements for educational products or services.
