Job Title: International Business Development Manager for Europe Markets

Soleos Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced International Business Development Manager to spearhead our business development efforts in the European market. This is a unique opportunity to drive growth and expand our client base in this dynamic region.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our international BD team, marketing department, and operations teams to develop and execute strategic business development initiatives that drive revenue growth.
  • Client Engagement and Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular communication, meetings, and presentations, ensuring timely delivery of proposals and high-quality sales materials.
  • Market Analysis and Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify industry trends, potential clients, and business opportunities in the European market, informing our business development strategies.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate new leads through online research, networking events, referrals, and partnerships, converting them into sales-ready opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management and Reporting: Manage the sales pipeline, track leads and opportunities, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with sales targets and revenue goals.
