Cyber Security Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Expert to lead our threat simulation team. As the cornerstone of our security architecture, you will be responsible for designing and executing advanced cyber attacks to test our defenses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Synthetic Threat Creation: Develop realistic threat scenarios to mimic advanced adversary tactics.
  • Red Team Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain Red Team infrastructure for various attack simulations.
  • Tactical Cyber Operations: Conduct a full spectrum of tactical cyber operations, including reconnaissance, exploitation, lateral movement, privilege escalation, and persistence.
  • Custom Scripting and Tool Development: Create custom scripts, tools, and payloads to stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • Vulnerability Identification and Exploitation: Identify and exploit vulnerabilities in systems, networks, and applications to evaluate their impact.
  • Collaboration with Incident Response Teams: Work closely with incident response teams to improve threat detection, monitoring, and alerting capabilities.
  • Reporting and Recommendations: Provide detailed reports outlining findings, methods used, and recommendations for remediation.
  • Staying Updated: Stay current on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and tactics used by advanced adversaries.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fundamental Knowledge of Adversary TTPs: In-depth understanding of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs), including the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Offensive Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with offensive tools such as Cobalt Strike, Sliver, BloodHound, Empire, Mimikatz, and custom exploit frameworks.
  • Advanced Network Protocol Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of network protocols, operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), ADCS, and Active Directory environments.
  • Scripting or Programming Expertise: Strong scripting or programming skills in languages like Python, PowerShell, Bash, Rust, or C/C++.
  • Exceptional Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, collaborative environments and adapt to evolving threats.
