Job Title: Senior Executive

Overview:

  • This role entails leading cybersecurity efforts to ensure the organization's information assets are protected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cybersecurity Leadership:
    • Identify and evaluate Information Security risks, Cyber security risk and align the organization's security posture to protect information assets.
    • Stay updated on developing security threats, analyze immediate threats, and triage when issues arise.
  • Cyber Risk and Intelligence:
    • Implement measures to enhance cyber resilience and strengthen overall security framework.
  • Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure adherence to the latest regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Audit and Assurance:
    • Conduct regular cybersecurity audits as per regulatory requirements.
  • Data Protection:
    • Review and analyze data leakage detections, and perform vulnerability assessments and penetration testing activities.
  • Leadership and Strategy:
    • Assist in implementing security initiatives such as End Point Backup Solution, 2FA, and DLP Implementation, Patch Management activities, ISO 27001 Implementation, and lead and manage Security Operations Centre.
  • Training and Awareness:
    • Create and manage information security awareness training programs for new joiners.
  • Policies and Standards:
    • Review, update, and provide recommendations with respect to Information security policy, Cyber Security policy, and standards.
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to think critically are essential.
    • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and strong problem-solving abilities.
