Lead Cybersecurity Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Lead Cybersecurity Strategist to design, implement and operate a Global Security Operations Center (SOC). The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening our global cybersecurity posture through strategic leadership and expert advice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and establish a scalable, resilient Global SOC framework with the ability to integrate SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, and EDR tools.
  • Lead architecture, vendor selection and integration of SIEM, SOAR, Threat Intelligence, and EDR tools for seamless operation.
  • Manage 24/7 SOC operations including incident detection, response & recovery with the highest level of expertise.
  • Conduct thorough threat hunting, vulnerability assessments and forensic investigations to identify areas of improvement.
  • Act as the primary cybersecurity liaison ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST, and other global standards by implementing robust security measures.

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SIEM technologies such as Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Google SecOps, QRadar, etc.
  • Hands-on knowledge of SOAR platforms for efficient incident response.
  • Experience in Threat Hunting & Threat Intelligence to stay ahead of emerging threats.
  • Proficiency with EDR solutions like CrowdStrike, Trellix, Trend Micro, etc. for real-time protection.
  • Solid knowledge of Network Security (NGFW, Zero Trust, IDS/IPS) to ensure secure network operations.
  • Proven track record in SOC leadership & Global MDR setup to drive business growth.

With 12–16 years of experience in cybersecurity, you will play a key role in driving business growth through strategic leadership and expert advice.
