Job Title:

Chief Business Innovation Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Chief Business Innovation Strategist to lead our business architecture efforts. The ideal candidate will have expertise in process re-engineering and business architecture, with strong knowledge of emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a comprehensive business innovation strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their goals and ensure alignment with IT strategy.
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives and govern the associated roadmaps.
  • Evaluate and select technology solutions that align with enterprise architecture strategy.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business innovation.
  • Ensure compliance to various regulatory requirements and certifications.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau.

Requirements:

  • Strong cross-domain knowledge and core functions like HR, supply chain, procurement.
  • In-depth domain understanding in one or more domains such as energy, manufacturing, logistics, healthcare, retail, BFS.
  • Fair knowledge of gen AI, cloud computing, data analytics, DevSecOps, business application portfolio rationalization, application modernization, containerization, APIs.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in EA tools and certifications (e.g., TOGAF).
