Job Title: Chief AI Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief AI Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business outcomes through the effective use of artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and leverage AI/ML to enhance business outcomes through strategic partnerships with senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with functional heads to understand and solve business challenges using AI & Analytics solutions.
  • Translate business problems into analytical problems and build solutions using AI/ML techniques to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and implement an approach to scale AI/ML agenda at our organization through various AI/ML solutions.
  • Enable data-driven decision making and co-create business strategies through storytelling with data.
  • Build and manage external relationships for outside-in perspectives and showcase learnings.
  • Drive AI & Analytics projects end-to-end, including conceptualization, development, implementation, and monitoring.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • MBA or master's degree in quantitative fields from top-tier institutes.
  • 12-15 years of work experience in analytical roles, preferably post-graduation.
  • Strong collaborator with abilities to influence conventional thinking, analytical thinking, and storytelling with data.
  • Exceptional multi-tasking, prioritization, and project execution skills.
  • Passion for AI/ML/Data Science/Gen AI with developed solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Analytics/ML/Deep tech/GenAI technologies and applications.
  • Experience with open-source tools like Python, R, Spark, and cloud environment deployment.
  • 8+ years of experience in client-facing data science consulting roles.
