Our team is seeking a seasoned Telecom Strategist with expertise in AI and GenAI solutions. This role will involve serving as a trusted advisor to telecom clients, helping them navigate the transformative potential of AI and GenAI technologies to solve complex challenges and drive business innovation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and telecom needs, and design AI/GenAI-driven solutions that address these pain points.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell AI and GenAI solutions within existing client accounts.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/GenAI solutions, from pre-sales through to post-sales support.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI trends, and bring deep knowledge of how these technologies can be applied in the telecom industry.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within the telecom industry, with a strong understanding of telecom operations and technologies.
  • Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and generative AI technologies, with a focus on their application in the telecom sector.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with telecom-specific AI applications such as predictive analytics, network optimization, customer service automation, and fraud detection.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms, frameworks, and tools, and cloud-based AI solutions.
