About Chief Financial Officer Role

This position is an exceptional opportunity to lead and manage the financial strategy of a growth-oriented investment firm.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of providing strategic leadership and operational financial management, with expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closings to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead financial modeling processes to guide strategic decisions and drive business growth.
  • Implement budget control mechanisms across the firm and portfolio companies.
  • Consolidate financial data across businesses, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize costs and improve profitability.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing diligence and oversight during investments, M&A, fundraising, and exits.
  • Supporting leadership with actionable insights on capital allocation, ROI, and performance optimization.
  • Driving financial strategies that align with the firm's growth and scaling goals.
  • Negotiating contracts with clients, vendors, and employees, and managing financial/legal negotiations to ensure optimal outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is required, along with significant experience in financial management and leadership.
