Job Title: Personal Financial Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Personal Financial Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our wealth management division, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals.

  • Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situations.
  • Develop and implement personalized financial strategies and investment plans tailored to clients' unique needs and objectives.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with clients, providing regular updates on their financial progress and portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12-18 years of relevant experience in financial planning and wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, including alternative investment funds, mutual funds, and equity markets.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-net-worth client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant regulatory certifications such as AMFI or NISM will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional client service and ensure timely resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, economic changes, and regulatory updates to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills in wealth management and financial planning.
