Effective financial leadership is crucial to drive business growth and ensure regulatory compliance. As a key member of our finance team, you will oversee strategic financial planning, budgeting, and analysis. Your expertise will be instrumental in making informed decisions that impact the organization's success.

We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our team in Thoothukudi, India. This role involves managing daily financial operations, including cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. You will also prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders. Furthermore, you will coordinate audits and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans to support business objectives. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to stakeholders, including management, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and identify potential risks that may impact the organization.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with various departments to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in financial planning, budgeting, and analysis.
  • Experience with financial reporting, auditing, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to collaborate with different departments and support decision-making.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/CA Inter/CPA or equivalent is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial management or a related role.
