About our Sports Training Initiative, we aim to preserve health and make it easy. Our goal is to build the largest sports destination in the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • We design and execute training programs for retail teams
  • We conduct onboarding sessions for new hires
  • We assign mentors and coaches to new sales team members
  • We observe customer journeys and identify training needs
  • We organize role-playing activities to simulate difficult client cases
  • We train retail teams on product knowledge, service skills & KPIs
  • We apply various sales training techniques
  • We maintain updated records of training curriculum and material
  • We design training calendars in discussion with the retail operations team

Requirements:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience as a Retail Trainer or similar role
  • Experience in the retail industry preferably in sportswear
  • We are open to travel and visit retail stores
  • The ability to manage full training cycles
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • The ability to motivate employees to achieve sales targets
  • A degree in Education, Human Resources or a relevant field
