Training and Development Specialist

Job Description:

This role focuses on creating comprehensive training programs for various stakeholders, including sales, customer success, partners, and end-users. The ideal candidate will have experience in instructional design, adult learning principles, and e-learning authoring tools.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop training curricula aligned with business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to create technical training modules.
  • Manage and maintain a centralized training content library.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and learner feedback.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in training development and delivery.
  • Proficient in LMS platforms, e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate).
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with instructional design and adult learning principles.
  • Basic video production/editing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure learning impact.
