Role Purpose

We seek a professional to manage online and classroom-based training for our global businesses, including functional administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and update courses/trainings in the Learning Management System (LMS)
  • Load, test, and troubleshoot e-Learning content, collaborating with content owners to resolve issues before publishing
  • Manage learner enrollment and attendance for classroom sessions where online enrollment is not possible
  • Become a virtual member of the LMS community/Academies, representing our Global Shared Service Centre and identifying new requirements for process improvement
  • Deliver learning requests/tasks within set KPIs (e.g. SLA, TAT, Quality)
  • Schedule and execute planned training
  • Track and monitor attendance, feedback, and effectiveness, sharing results with stakeholders and raising flags when necessary
  • Manage the learning management system
  • Vendor management and instructor evaluation
  • Assist trainees in resolving all training queries
  • Oversee all calendar and ad hoc programs
  • Maintain training materials, approved instructors, and content repository
  • Manage financial trackers (PR/PO)
  • Provide relevant reports based on training data, coordinating with the SCM team
  • Update and maintain Training Process and procedure documents repository
  • Introduce and implement ideas for training assessment/effectiveness measures improvement
  • Deliver Training Programs/Modules according to training plan requirements and a business-driven schedule
Core Competencies:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in training/HR operations
  • Domain knowledge for e-learning, classroom, and virtual class learning administration in any LMS platform
  • LMS configuration, administration, and SuccessFactor knowledge (desirable)
  • Advantage if worked in Shared services environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate with global employees/stakeholders
Must-Haves:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in a related field
  • Training and Development/LMS knowledge (preferably SuccessFactor)
  • Basic MS Office skills
