We are seeking an accomplished Soft Skills Training Specialist to spearhead the development of our team's communication and customer service capabilities in India.

About the Role
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs focusing on soft skills, including communication, teamwork, and customer interaction.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to gauge the effectiveness of our training initiatives.
  • Create engaging training materials and documentation to support employee learning and development.
  • Provide continuous coaching and guidance to employees post-training to ensure lasting impact.
  • Collaborate with senior management to identify training needs and develop customized solutions that align with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-8 years of experience in training and development, particularly in the BPO sector.
  • Profound understanding of soft skills training methodologies and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to motivate and engage trainees, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Proficient in using training tools and technology, including Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess training needs and outcomes.
