Job Title

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Training Specialist, working closely with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop effective training programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive training strategies to enhance expertise in customer service functions.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify team and individual learning needs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver instructor-led and eLearning training modules, leveraging adult learning principles and best practices.
  • Mentor trainers in specified regions to support efficient delivery of training on processes and soft skills.
  • Map training requirements to standard work practices and job duties, ensuring seamless integration into the employee onboarding process.
  • Evaluate strengths and improvement opportunities of customer support teams through liaison with team leaders (TLs) and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training, assessing the effectiveness of training to ensure incorporation of taught skills into employees' work behavior.
  • Identify requirements for developing new product, solution, and process training for employees, including onboarding roadmaps to reduce learning curves for new agents.
  • Conduct Train the Trainer sessions for identified Hub Level SMEs who will deliver training, as well as advanced-level refresher courses on processes and soft skills training.
  • Maintain the accuracy of training materials and update them as necessary, collaborating with various departments to obtain information for developing new and updated training materials.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of training and development experience, with a proven track record of leading training programs and projects.
