Job Opportunity

The Process Training Manager is responsible for identifying and assessing future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop individualized training plans that address needs and expectations.
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training methodologies.
  • Familiarity with various training methods including mentoring, coaching, e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
  • Schedule training sessions and organize information cascades for the team.
  • Review and update existing training materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Training Manager in a BPO or equivalent role in International Voice Process.
  • Experience in relocation and flexibility due to shift requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
