Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Training and Development Specialist. As a key member of the organization, this individual will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning initiatives that align with business priorities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent and leadership development, organization development, and training design. They will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to effectively interact with employees at all levels.

This role requires a proactive and innovative thinker who can identify skill gaps and opportunities for improvement. The successful candidate will have a master's degree in human resources or a related field and at least 3-4 years of experience in training and development.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective training programs. You will also be responsible for managing the Learning Management System, conducting regular audits, and deriving insights from training-related data.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Talent and Leadership Development: At least 3-4 years of experience in talent and leadership development, organization development, and training design.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
