with corporate expectations.
• Maintain training reports, attendance, and progress records.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor/ Master's Degree in related discipline.
• Certification in soft skills / corporate training preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of training experience, preferably in higher education or
corporate training.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to motivate and engage students effectively.
