We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Soft Skills & Aptitude Trainer who can effectively train students and professionals in communication, personality development. The trainer will play a crucial role in preparing learners for placements, interviews, and career readiness by delivering engaging sessions, practice activities, and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive classroom and online sessions on:
  • Soft Skills – Communication, Presentation, Business Etiquette, Teamwork, Time Management, GD & PI readiness, Resume building..
  • Mentor students through mock interviews, GDs, role plays, and practice tests.
  • Create, administer, and evaluate aptitude tests and soft skills assessments.
  • Track learner progress and provide personalized feedback.
  • Collaborate with placement teams to align training outcomes with recruiter expectations.
  • Keep updated with the latest industry-required soft skills.

  • Interpersonal skills, teamwork, and leadership.
  • Interview preparation & confidence building.

Soft Skills Required (Trainer's Own):

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Strong classroom management and learner engagement ability.
  • Motivational and mentoring mindset.
  • Patience and adaptability to varied learner levels.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Management, Psychology, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in Training, Communication, or Behavioral Skills preferred.
