Position Overview

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic full-time faculty member to lead the instruction and development of soft skills and leadership programs for our students. The ideal candidate will facilitate curricula, foster personal development, and cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset. They deliver engaging sessions to enhance soft skills and leadership in students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Classroom Delivery: Lead interactive training sessions using diverse teaching techniques, fostering a positive learning environment for student engagement and personal growth. Align content with industry trends and address specific audience needs.
  • Assessments and Feedback: Regularly assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance skills and performance.
  • Mentorship and Guidance: Mentor students exploring entrepreneurial ventures or related career paths.
  • Collaborative Initiatives: Collaborate with faculty, departments, and organizations to integrate the training program into the college's curriculum and extracurricular activities.
