Job Title: Sales Training Manager

This role focuses on developing comprehensive training programs for sales and customer success teams.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, including cheat sheets, videos, and manuals, to ensure our teams are well-equipped to meet customer needs and drive sales.

Main areas of focus include:

  • Developing and delivering training content.
  • Conducting training sessions on various topics.
  • Providing training on the Learning Management System (LMS).

Key responsibilities include:

  • Training Content Development.
  • Training Delivery.
  • Process and Performance Improvement.
  • Collaboration and Feedback.

The successful candidate will have experience in a sales/customer service organization, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to analyze past customer history, define parameters for analyzing this data, and incorporate it into training materials. Additionally, they will collaborate with different teams to identify training needs and gaps, gather feedback on training effectiveness, and continuously improve training materials.
