Job Title: Expert Customer Success – Inbound Tours

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced travel professional to join our team as an Expert Customer Success – Inbound Tours. In this role, you will be the key link between our international travel partners and on-ground suppliers, curating unforgettable experiences for FITs and groups.

  • Manage and respond to B2B travel queries from international agents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Design customized itineraries that meet the unique needs of clients, with precise costing and creative experiences.
  • Handle end-to-end bookings with hotels, transport, guides, and other partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Oversee travel documentation and provide real-time tour support to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain proactive follow-ups on payments, confirmations, and client updates to prevent delays.
  • Stay updated on destination trends to deliver innovative solutions that meet evolving client demands.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5–9 years of experience in inbound operations, with a strong knowledge of India & the Subcontinent.
  • Proven skills in itinerary planning, costing, and ground operations, with excellent communication in English (written & spoken).
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to think on your feet to handle complex situations.
