
Customer Success Strategist

This is a crucial role in the growth of Responsive where you will make a direct impact on our go-to-market strategy by supporting the CS organization.
- Collaborate with teams to prepare renewal documents, including quotes and supporting materials.
- Analyze client data across internal and external tools to inform documentation.
- Work closely with employees to identify necessary actions for a successful renewal process.
We're looking for someone with:
- At least 2 years of experience executing customer data analysis in a high-growth SaaS environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM and renewal management software (e.g., Salesforce, Gainsight).
- A track record of driving customer success in SaaS companies or project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience generating quotes for various client segments.
