Job Title:

A Customer Success Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

As a seasoned consultant, you will be responsible for leading Gainsight implementations to drive customer engagement and retention. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and optimize solutions for internal and client-facing use cases.

Additionally, you will work closely with Product and Technical teams to deliver end-to-end Gainsight implementations, manage integrations with other enterprise systems, and provide training and enablement to stakeholders.

Furthermore, you will leverage your technical configuration and integration skills to combine business alignment with technical expertise to drive success in this role.

  • Develop and implement Gainsight solutions to enhance customer experience and achieve strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and timelines.
  • Provide expert-level support on Gainsight Administration, Configuration, and Integration to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Manage the integration of Gainsight with other enterprise systems to drive maximum value.
  • Design and develop training programs to equip stakeholders with the necessary skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in CRM/Customer Success platforms, with at least 2+ years of direct Gainsight experience.
  • Strong background in Gainsight Administration, Configuration, and Integration.
  • Experience working in global organizations across cross-functional and customer-facing teams.
