Technical Consultant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for our Oracle HCM Cloud system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical guidance and support for the implementation and maintenance of our Oracle HCM Cloud system.
  • Developing and implementing technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensuring data integrity and governance by supporting large/complex data imports and extracts.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical development and implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle HCM modules and payroll area.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Fast Formula development and SQL/PL SQL tuning.
  • Knowledge of SDLC and JIRA.
  • HDl and HCM Extracts experience.
