Oracle HCM Senior Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Fusion HCM modules.

This role involves collaborating with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, configuring Oracle Fusion HCM modules, performing end-to-end implementation and support, conducting functional testing, and providing post-go-live support and handling change requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, and OTL.
  • Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT.
  • Provide post-go-live support and handle change requests.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles.
  • Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
  • Understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plus.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
