Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • HCM Functional Expertise:
    • Core HR and other related functions
    • Absence Management, including employee attendance and leave policies
    • Payroll management, including compensation and benefits
    • Talent Management, including recruitment, performance, and succession planning
    • Recruitment Cloud, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit, and HR Help Desk functionalities
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions
    • Developing and debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula
  • Other Requirements:
    • Strong leadership skills to develop best practices for effective Techno-functional support
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS
  • Knowledge of process flow, set-up knowledge, and common solutions to modules known in HCM
  • Experience in SQL, Data Migration, and Customization
