Our company is seeking a skilled PeopleSoft Developer/Analyst to support our HCM 9.2 system.

This role involves production support and application enhancements, including requirements definition, technical design, development, and testing.

  • Work with functional users to understand and document business requirements.
  • Perform system analysis and identify the potential impact of proposed application changes.
  • Design and build solutions to meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Document and execute test cases.
  • Perform quality assurance testing on projects completed by other team members.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts.
  • Experience using Oracle Database 19c or above.
  • Functional and technical understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite.
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle.
