We are seeking an experienced Technical Consultant to join our team and help clients succeed with Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with clients on implementing and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. As a Sr Oracle Cloud HCM Technical Consultant, you will design and implement customized solutions, provide technical expertise, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and deploy tailored Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for clients, including configuration, testing, and deployment.

  2. Offer expert advice and support to clients on Oracle Cloud HCM features and functionality.

  3. Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure project success.

  4. Foster strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering targeted solutions.

  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM developments, best practices, and industry trends.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation, configuration, and support.

  • Demonstrated expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM technical skills, including configuration, customization, and integration.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

  • Experience working in a contract-to-hire or consultant role.
