Our organization is seeking an experienced HCM expert to lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud HCM. This role requires a deep understanding of Human Capital Management and the ability to implement comprehensive HCM solutions.

  • We are looking for someone with 8-10 years of domain expertise in HCM covering the hire to retire cycle, with experience in at least 5 end-to-end HCM implementations, including 2 with Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • The ideal candidate will have working experience in one or more of the following modules: OTL, US Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, ORC, Security, Helpdesk, and Core HR.
  • A strong understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem-solving, influencing, and negotiating skills, as well as organizational awareness and sensitivity are required.
  • Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow-up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring, and status updates to project managers is necessary.
  • The ability to assist in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues/problems is important.
  • This position may require domestic or international travel for short or long durations.
