AI Consultant Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Consultant Engineer to kickstart their career in cutting-edge AI consulting with our Agentic AI and Gen AI practice. This role provides hands-on exposure to Gen AI, Agentic frameworks, Responsible AI, data-driven transformation projects, and real client engagements.

Under the guidance of our Gen AI CTO, you will develop practical experience in designing, prototyping, and delivering AI-powered solutions. Our structured development program prepares you for a long-term career in AI and digital transformation.

You will participate in training covering Gen AI, Agentic frameworks, Responsible AI, data fundamentals, cloud, and consulting practices. You'll shadow senior consultants during client sessions and delivery squads, complete technical and consulting checkpoints, and assist in preparing client deliverables.

You'll collaborate with cross-functional squads, research trends and tools in Gen AI and Agentic AI, and contribute to internal playbooks and IP libraries. You'll also work with mentors and squad leads for coaching, participate in client workshops, and contribute actively to team culture and problem-solving exercises.

To be successful in this role, you should have recent graduation in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, or related fields with exposure to Python/SQL, AI/ML concepts, and cloud basics. A curious, ambitious, analytical, entrepreneurial mindset and strong collaboration skills are essential. Passion for AI, data, and emerging technologies is a must.
