Leadership Position in AI Development

We are seeking a seasoned Director to lead our team of data scientists and machine learning engineers in the creation and deployment of advanced AI models.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of statistics, classical machine learning, deep learning, and GenAI, with significant hands-on experience in these areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of cutting-edge AI models for problem discovery, root cause analysis, and action recommendation.
  • Collaborate with technical architects to evolve frameworks for integrating batch processing data architectures with streaming architectures.
  • Provide guidance on creating automated data pipelines for raw data and engineered features.
  • Develop use cases on the platform for various vertical-specific problem statements.
  • Offer leadership and mentorship to a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 12-18 years of machine learning model development and application experience.
  • Hands-on experience with excellent ML programming skills in Python using open-source libraries.
  • Experience in leveraging open-source LLMs and prompt engineering, RAG based training and SLM model development.
  • Significant exposure to various proprietary & open-source cloud-based Machine Learning platforms.
  • In-depth conceptual understanding of Statistics, Classical Machine Learning, Deep Learning and GenAI.
