Regional Head

The Regional Head is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the overall Procurement & Inputs function and implementation of facilities under input and extension activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Milk Procurement Volume & Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase procurement volume by x% through effective supplier management and efficient logistics.
  • New Chilling Centers setup & Infrastructure Management: Establish new chilling centers within a specified timeframe, ensuring infrastructure meets quality standards and optimizes resource allocation.
  • Milk Quality (Average Fat & SNF % achieved vs. target): Drive average fat and SNF percentage targets through rigorous testing and quality control measures.
  • Cost Efficiency: Implement process improvements to reduce costs by y% through optimized resource allocation.
  • Farmer Network Development: Develop and maintain a strong network of farmers, providing them with necessary support and services to enhance productivity.
  • Feed supplements and Veterinary services: Ensure availability of high-quality feed supplements and veterinary services to farmers.
  • Adherence to food safety & quality standards: Maintain strict adherence to food safety and quality standards in all operations, minimizing risks and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Team & Performance Management: Lead and manage a team of professionals, driving performance and achieving set goals through coaching, mentoring, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate should have relevant experience and be proficient in Marathi language. A minimum of 5 years of experience at a Manager level is required to excel in this role.
