Leadership Role

The Center Head position is a key leadership opportunity – responsible for the overall performance of the center.

This role involves leading cross-functional teams, driving business growth, ensuring compliance, and delivering exceptional client experiences aligned with brand standards.

Main Responsibilities

  • Growth & Development
    • Oversight of center revenue and profitability targets.
    • Driving sales through effective consultations, upselling, cross-selling, and service bundling.
    • Maintaining daily/weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring their achievement.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Ensuring smooth functioning of all center services.
    • Maintenance of high standards in hygiene, safety, and quality.
    • Overseeing inventory, billing, and cash management processes.
  • Team Management
    • Strategic management, coaching, and motivation of the center team.
    • Conducting regular reviews and performance appraisals.
    • Fostering a culture of accountability, service excellence, and sales focus.
  • Client Experience
    • Delivering consistent, high-quality experiences to every client.
    • Escalation resolution and ensuring high Net Promoter Score (NPS) and client retention rates.
    • Implementation of loyalty and referral programs.
  • Compliance & Reporting
    • Adherence to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and statutory requirements.
    • Proper documentation for audits and reviews.
    • Providing regular performance updates to leadership.
  • Business Expansion
    • Building local partnerships for foot traffic generation.
    • Collaboration with marketing and BTL teams for city-specific activations.

Candidate Profile

  • Degree or MBA preferred.
  • 6–10 years of experience in healthcare, wellness, hospitality, or retail services.
  • A proven track record of delivering revenue and leading teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-first mindset with high ownership.
  • Willingsness to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
