About the Role:

Our team is seeking a seasoned professional to fill a senior leadership position in our Government & Infrastructure Advisory department. This high-profile role involves collaborating closely with central/state government clients, overseeing PPP transactions end-to-end, and ensuring the delivery of commercially viable, bankable project structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead PPP transaction advisory assignments from conceptualisation to financial closure, providing expert guidance and strategic direction.
  • Develop and review comprehensive financial models for infrastructure projects, leveraging strong analytical skills and business acumen.
  • Advise on PPP structuring, procurement strategy, bid process management, and concession agreements, applying deep industry knowledge and expertise.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with government agencies, investors, and lenders, fostering effective communication and building strong relationships.
  • Prepare RfQ, RfP, concession agreements, and evaluation reports, utilizing excellent writing and presentation skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • MBA (Finance) or equivalent (CA/CFA/PGDM), with a proven track record of success in finance and project management.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in PPP transaction advisory, with a strong focus on financial modelling and analysis.
  • Prior experience working with government clients, multilateral agencies, and large-scale infrastructure projects highly desirable.

  • Expertise in PPP policies, MCA guidelines, and sectoral regulations, with a deep understanding of market trends and regulatory frameworks.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, with a strong focus on building and maintaining effective relationships.
