Job Title: Technical Leadership Expert

This role is responsible for leading our engineering teams in driving technical excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in defining technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards, and promoting modernisation priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, define, and design solutions; assist squads in identifying the right technologies and making sound architectural decisions.
  • Work with Chapter leads to define and forecast tech capability requirements; support implementation of practices, tooling, and training provided by Crew.
  • Drive operational excellence and support teams responsible for mission-critical production services with diverse stakeholders and complex dependencies.
  • Ensure delivery within funding allocation, actively managing and mitigating delivery and delivered risk.
  • Accountable for the development, performance management, and career progression of technology roles.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficiency in large-scale distributed systems, Microservices, and Rest API Integration.
  • Cloud experience, particularly in AWS, and knowledge of designing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions.
  • Working knowledge of AI/ML and Gen AI applications, including experience building RAGs using LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
  • Preferably experience building Agentic AI systems using AutoGen or similar frameworks.
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript) and experience developing microservices architecture on cloud platforms (AWS & Azure).
