Job Opportunity

As a Customer Success Lead, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities include developing an intimate understanding of your customers' businesses, leading a team of CSMs, and representing the company as a trusted advisor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of your customers' needs and pain points.
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to drive customer adoption and retention.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive engagement and revenue growth.
  • Provide expert guidance on trends and best practices for digital marketing and analytics.
  • Identify opportunities to create case studies, testimonials, and PR opportunities from satisfied customers.

Qualifications:

  • MBA in Marketing or related field is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 9-12 years of experience in CRM or Customer Success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
