Strategic Sales Leader

Are you a sales expert looking for a challenging role in the automotive lubricants industry?
We are seeking a Strategic Sales Leader to join our team at Assurance Intl Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth and profitability
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Forecast sales and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives
- Prepare regular reports for senior management detailing sales and marketing performance
Sales and Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives in domestic markets
- Oversee the development and implementation of pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales campaigns
Customer Relationship Management
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly
Team Management
- Build and lead a high-performing business team, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and achievement
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate in any discipline and MBA
- 20-25 years' experience in Channel Development and Sales, Distribution Management
- Strong market knowledge and commercial acumen
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Leadership skills and ability to build and lead high-performing teams
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹ 50 lakhs per annum, plus additional incentives based on performance. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
