We are seeking a Strategic Sales Leader to join our team at Assurance Intl Limited. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth and profitability
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
  • Forecast sales and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives
  • Prepare regular reports for senior management detailing sales and marketing performance

Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share objectives in domestic markets
  • Oversee the development and implementation of pricing strategies, promotional activities, and sales campaigns

Customer Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors
  • Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly

Team Management

  • Build and lead a high-performing business team, providing guidance, mentorship, and development opportunities
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and achievement

Qualifications and Skills

  • Graduate in any discipline and MBA
  • 20-25 years' experience in Channel Development and Sales, Distribution Management
  • Strong market knowledge and commercial acumen
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Leadership skills and ability to build and lead high-performing teams

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of ₹ 50 lakhs per annum, plus additional incentives based on performance. You will also receive comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and generous paid time off.
