Pashtek • Salesforce and SAP Partner is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive the growth of our Salesforce services globally.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (base salary + incentives).

We are a leading provider of Salesforce Professional Services and Consulting, helping businesses transform through Salesforce solutions. Our Salesforce Practice is at the forefront of innovative cloud solutions, and we're looking for a seasoned Sales Leader to help drive revenue growth.

About the Role:

This leadership position requires a player-coach who can strategically drive revenue growth and lead a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate will bring substantial expertise in Salesforce Professional Services, a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, and a proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals.

Main Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the sales team to drive revenue growth within the Salesforce Professional Services vertical.Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to expand Pashtek's Salesforce Professional Services offering.Actively manage and close large, complex deals worth $5M+ annually.Leverage relationships with key partners in the Salesforce ecosystem to generate leads, opportunities, and long-term strategic partnerships.Work closely with internal teams (delivery, marketing, customer success) to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company goals and customer needs.Track and report on key sales metrics, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales leadership role within the Salesforce Professional Services consulting space.
  • Proven success in closing strategic deals worth $5M+ in annual revenue.
  • Significant experience as a player-coach, balancing direct sales activities with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of the Salesforce partner ecosystem and the ability to generate leads and opportunities from it.
