Vidpro Consultancy is seeking a Senior Director Client Partner to play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships within the organization.
This position is vital in leading and managing the client services team to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions and services, meeting clients' needs, and contributing to the overall success of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets ($120,000 - $150,000 per year).
- Lead, mentor, and manage the client services team to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and anticipating new opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs and market trends.
- Oversee the development and implementation of client account plans and ensure their successful execution.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to drive retention and identify areas for improvement.
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the client portfolio.
- Drive the development of innovative solutions and offerings to address client challenges.
- Ensure compliance with client contracts, service level agreements, and quality standards.
- Monitor and analyze client satisfaction and loyalty metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present regular reports, forecasts, and insights to the executive team.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Participate in the development of the overall business strategy and goals.
- Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials to showcase client successes.
- Lead negotiations on major client contracts and agreements.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within client management, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue targets and driving business growth through strategic client partnerships.
- Strong understanding of client servicing, account management, and business development practices.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively interact with clients, internal teams, and senior executives.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
