About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Business Development Professional to support our growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Research and identify prospective clients across target industries, building relationships and identifying opportunities for new business leads.
- Assist in outreach campaigns (emails, calls) to generate new business leads, utilizing effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Support proposal preparation, capability decks, and client presentations, ensuring a high level of quality and professionalism.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and lead data, ensuring seamless tracking and reporting.
- Track business development activities and prepare reports on pipeline progress, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with recruiters to align client requirements with candidate sourcing, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
- Participate in client meetings and document follow-ups, maintaining excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business, HR, or Marketing, demonstrating a strong foundation in relevant skills and knowledge.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
- A genuine interest in HR, staffing, and recruitment industry trends, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.
- Detailed-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Apollo, Salesforce) is an asset.
